سياسة الخصوصية
1. المقدمة
توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيف يتعامل ResearchAid مع بياناتك الشخصية عند استخدامك تطبيق ResearchAid على iPhone وiPad، وعند استخدامك الموقع الإلكتروني researchaid.org والخدمات المرتبطة به (ويُشار إليها مجتمعةً بـ”الخدمة”). التطبيق لا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية ولا يرسل أي بيانات إلى خوادمنا، أما الموقع الإلكتروني فيجمع بيانات محدودة كما هو موضح في القسم 2.3.
ResearchAid تطبيق مستقل يُطوَّر ويُدار من مدينة الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية (ويُشار إليه بـ”ResearchAid” أو “نحن” أو ضمير المتكلم). ونحن الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة البيانات الشخصية الموضحة في هذه السياسة.
نعالج البيانات الشخصية وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولائحته التنفيذية. ونلتزم كذلك، متى انطبقت عليك، باللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة (GDPR)، وقانون خصوصية المستهلك في ولاية كاليفورنيا بصيغته المعدلة (CCPA).
باستخدامك الخدمة، فإنك تُقر بأنك اطلعت على هذه السياسة. وإن كنت لا توافق عليها، فيُرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع إلا البيانات اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة. ولا يتضمن التطبيق حسابات للمستخدمين، لذا لا نطلب منك اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو كلمة مرور. ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لأغراض الإعلانات أو التتبع عبر التطبيقات الأخرى.
2.1 التطبيق
لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات شخصية ولا يرسلها ولا يشاركها، ولا يتضمن أي أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تتبّع أو تقارير أعطال، ولا يتصل بأي خادم تابع لنا. والاتصالات الوحيدة التي يمكنه إجراؤها هي الروابط الموجودة في صفحة الإعدادات (تواصل معنا، شروط الخدمة، سياسة الخصوصية)، وتُفتح صفحاتها في متصفح داخل التطبيق عند ضغطك عليها فقط.
2.2 البيانات المخزنة على جهازك
يحفظ التطبيق على جهازك فقط: تقدمك في الدروس ونتائج إجاباتك، ونقاط الخبرة والمستوى والسلسلة اليومية، وأسئلة المراجعة والالتزامات التي تختارها، وإعدادات اللغة والتذكير، والاسم الذي قد تكتبه ليظهر على شهاداتك. لا تغادر هذه البيانات جهازك. الدروس مضمّنة في التطبيق نفسه، ويؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى إزالة هذه البيانات. وقد يتضمن نظام iOS بيانات التطبيق في النسخة الاحتياطية لجهازك (iCloud أو الحاسوب) وفق إعدادات حسابك لدى Apple، ولا نملك وصولًا إليها. والتذكيرات إشعارات محلية يجدولها التطبيق على جهازك؛ وطلب الإذن اختياري ويمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات iOS.
2.3 البيانات التي تُجمع عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني
- التحليلات: يستخدم موقع researchaid.org خدمتي Google Analytics وJetpack لفهم طريقة استخدام الزوار للموقع. وتعتمد هاتان الخدمتان على ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتقنيات المماثلة لجمع الصفحات التي تمت زيارتها، والمدة المستغرقة في كل صفحة، والموقع المُحيل، ونوع المتصفح والجهاز، والموقع الجغرافي التقريبي المستنتج من عنوان IP.
- طلبات الدعم: نموذج الدعم لدينا مستضاف على Google Forms، وعند إرساله نتلقى المعلومات التي تدخلها، مثل اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني ورسالتك. ويشمل ذلك ما ترسله عند فتح نموذج الدعم من صفحة الإعدادات في التطبيق.
- سجلات الخادم: يسجل مزود استضافة موقعنا عناوين IP ونوع المتصفح وأوقات الطلبات لأغراض الأمان والأداء.
يمكنك حظر ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو حذفها من إعدادات المتصفح، كما يمكنك إيقاف Google Analytics باستخدام إضافة إيقاف Google Analytics للمتصفح.
2.4 البيانات التي لا نجمعها
لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق، ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا صورك، ولا سجلاتك الصحية، ولا بيانات المرضى. فـResearchAid أداة تعليمية، ويُرجى عدم إدخال أي بيانات تُعرّف بهوية المرضى أو المشاركين في الأبحاث. ولا يستخدم التطبيق المعرّف الإعلاني لجهازك ولا يطلب إذن التتبع.
3. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
لا نستخدم بياناتك إلا للأغراض الموضحة أدناه، ولكل غرض منها أساس نظامي وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، ووفق اللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات متى انطبقت.
ينطبق الجدول التالي على الموقع الإلكتروني وطلبات الدعم؛ فالتطبيق لا يجمع بيانات شخصية.

لا نستخدم بياناتك الشخصية في اتخاذ قرارات آلية تترتب عليها آثار نظامية أو آثار مماثلة في أهميتها. ولا نستخدم بياناتك الشخصية في تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي التابعة لجهات خارجية.
4. مزودو الخدمات من الأطراف الخارجية
لا نشارك بياناتك الشخصية إلا مع مزودي الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل الخدمة، ويعالج كل منهم البيانات نيابةً عنا وللغرض المحدد فقط.

وقد نفصح عن البيانات الشخصية متى اقتضى ذلك نظام أو أمر قضائي أو طلب من جهة سعودية مختصة، أو لحماية حقوق مستخدمينا أو سلامتهم أو ممتلكاتهم أو حقوق ResearchAid. وفي حال اندماج ResearchAid أو الاستحواذ عليه أو بيع أصوله، فقد تنتقل بياناتك إلى المالك الجديد مع الحفاظ على الضمانات ذاتها الواردة في هذه السياسة، وسنُعلن ذلك مسبقًا على موقعنا الإلكتروني.
5. التخزين والنقل والاحتفاظ والأمان
5.1 مكان تخزين بياناتك
يخزن مزودو الخدمات لدينا بيانات الموقع والدعم على خوادم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها خوادم في الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي. ولا ننقل البيانات الشخصية خارج المملكة إلا بالقدر الذي يجيزه نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولائحة نقل البيانات الشخصية خارج المملكة، مع الاعتماد على ضمانات مناسبة مثل الالتزامات التعاقدية بحماية البيانات. وبالنسبة للمستخدمين في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المملكة المتحدة، نعتمد على البنود التعاقدية القياسية أو قرارات الكفاية متى لزم ذلك.
5.2 مدة الاحتفاظ ببياناتك

وقد نحتفظ ببيانات مجمعة أو غير معرّفة لا يمكن من خلالها التعرف على هويتك.
5.3 كيف نحمي بياناتك
نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل (HTTPS/TLS)، وضوابط وصول تقيّد من يمكنه الوصول إلى بيانات التشغيل، إضافة إلى المراجعة الدورية لممارسات الأمان لدى مزودي الخدمات. ولا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا. وفي حال وقوع تسرب يمس البيانات الشخصية، سنُخطر الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا) والمستخدمين المتأثرين متى أمكن التعرف عليهم، وفق ما يقتضيه النظام.
6. حقوقك وحذف بياناتك
6.1 حقوقك
بحسب مكان إقامتك، تتمتع بالحقوق التالية فيما يتعلق ببياناتك الشخصية:
- الحق في العلم بكيفية جمع بياناتك واستخدامها، على النحو الوارد في هذه السياسة.
- الحق في الوصول إلى نسخة من البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها عنك.
- الحق في التصحيح للبيانات غير الدقيقة أو غير المكتملة.
- الحق في الإتلاف لبياناتك متى انتفت الحاجة إليها أو سحبت موافقتك.
- الحق في نقل البيانات والحصول عليها بصيغة منظمة وشائعة الاستخدام.
- الحق في سحب الموافقة في أي وقت، دون أن يؤثر ذلك في المعالجة التي تمت قبل السحب.
- الحق في الاعتراض أو تقييد المعالجة القائمة على مصلحتنا المشروعة (GDPR).
- الحق في رفض البيع أو المشاركة (CCPA)، علمًا بأننا لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشاركها لأغراض الإعلانات السلوكية.
- الحق في عدم التمييز بسبب ممارستك أيًا من هذه الحقوق.
لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق، أرسل طلبك عبر نموذج الدعم أو راسلنا على info@researchaid.org. لا يحتفظ التطبيق بأي بيانات عنك لدينا. وبالنسبة إلى بيانات الموقع أو نموذج الدعم قد نطلب منك تفاصيل تساعدنا في تحديد سجلاتك. وسنرد على طلبك خلال 30 يومًا وفق ما يقتضيه نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
وإن لم تكن راضيًا عن ردنا، فيحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا). ويمكن للمستخدمين في الاتحاد الأوروبي أو المملكة المتحدة التواصل كذلك مع سلطة حماية البيانات المحلية لديهم.
6.2 حذف بياناتك
- البيانات على جهازك: احذف التطبيق، وسيؤدي ذلك إلى إزالة تقدمك وتفضيلاتك من جهازك.
- البيانات على خوادمنا: لا يخزّن التطبيق أي بيانات على خوادمنا. أما طلبات الدعم فنحتفظ بها وفق القسم 5.2، ولطلب حذفها قبل ذلك استخدم نموذج الدعم.
- بيانات الموقع الإلكتروني: احذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط من متصفحك، أو استخدم إضافة إيقاف Google Analytics المذكورة في القسم 2.3.
7. خصوصية الأطفال
صُمم ResearchAid لطلاب الجامعات والممارسين الصحيين والباحثين، وهو غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، أو دون سن 16 عامًا في الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة. ولا نجمع عن علم أي بيانات شخصية من الأطفال. وإن كنت تعتقد أن طفلًا قدّم إلينا بيانات شخصية، فتواصل معنا وسنحذفها.
8. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة مع تطور الخدمة أو تغير الأنظمة. وعند إجراء تعديلات جوهرية، سنحدّث تاريخ “آخر تحديث” ونُخطرك داخل التطبيق أو على موقعنا الإلكتروني قبل سريانها. ويُعد استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك التاريخ قبولًا منك للسياسة المحدّثة.
9. اللغة
تتوفر هذه السياسة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. وفي حال وجود تعارض بين النسختين، تكون النسخة العربية هي المعتمدة للمستخدمين في المملكة العربية السعودية.

ResearchAid Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how ResearchAid handles your personal data when you use the ResearchAid app on iPhone and iPad, the website researchaid.org, and related services (together, the “Service”). The app collects no personal data and sends nothing to our servers. The website collects limited data, as described in Section 2.3.
ResearchAid is an independent application developed and operated in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“ResearchAid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
We process personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations. Where they apply to you, we also honor the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (CCPA).
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect
We collect only the data we need to run the Service. The app has no user accounts, so we never ask for your name, email address, or password. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
2.1 The app
The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data, and it contains no analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting tools. It does not connect to any server of ours. The only connections it can make are the links in Settings (Contact us, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy), which open web pages in an in-app browser only when you tap them.
2.2 Information stored on your device
The app stores only on your device: your lesson progress and quiz results, points, level and daily streak, review questions and commitments you choose, your language and reminder settings, and a name if you choose to enter one for your certificates. This information never leaves your device. The lessons are built into the app, and deleting the app removes this information. iOS may include app data in your device backup (iCloud or a computer) under your Apple account settings; we have no access to it. Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device; permission is optional and can be turned off in iOS Settings.
2.3 Information collected through our website
- Analytics: researchaid.org uses Google Analytics and Jetpack to understand how visitors use the site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to collect pages visited, time on page, referring website, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Support requests: our support form is hosted on Google Forms. When you submit it, we receive the information you enter, such as your name, email address, and message. This includes anything you submit when you open the support form from the app’s Settings.
- Server logs: our website host records IP addresses, browser type, and request times for security and performance.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
2.4 Information we do not collect
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, health records, or patient data. ResearchAid is an educational tool. Please do not enter identifiable patient or research participant data into the Service. The app does not use your device’s advertising identifier and does not ask for tracking permission.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data only for the purposes below, each tied to a lawful basis under the PDPL and, where applicable, the GDPR.
The table below applies to the website and support requests; the app collects no personal data.

We do not use your personal data for automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. We do not use your personal data to train third-party artificial intelligence models.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Service. Each processes data on our behalf and only for the purpose listed.

We may also disclose personal data when required by law, court order, or a competent Saudi authority, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or ResearchAid. If ResearchAid is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the new owner under the same protections described here, and we will notify you beforehand on our website.
5. Storage, Transfers, Retention, and Security
5.1 Where your data is stored
Our website and support providers store data on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including in the United States and the European Union. We transfer personal data outside the Kingdom only as permitted by the PDPL and its Regulations on Personal Data Transfer, and we rely on appropriate safeguards such as contractual data protection commitments. For users in the EU or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision where required.

We may keep aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer identify you.
5.3 How we protect your data
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls that limit who can reach production data, and regular review of our providers’ security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a data breach affects personal data, we will notify the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) and affected users, where we can identify them, as required by law.
6. Your Rights and Deleting Your Data
6.1 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right to be informed about how we collect and use your data, as set out in this policy.
- Right of access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to deletion of your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent.
- Right to data portability, to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
- Right to object or restrict processing based on our legitimate interests (GDPR).
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing (CCPA). We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, submit a request through our support form or email info@researchaid.org. The app keeps no data about you on our side. For website or support-form data, we may ask for details that help us locate your records. We will respond within 30 days, as required by the PDPL.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA). Users in the EU or UK may also contact their local data protection authority.
6.2 Deleting your data
- Data on your device: delete the app. This removes your progress and preferences from your device.
- Data on our servers: the app stores nothing on our servers. Support requests are kept as described in Section 5.2; to request earlier deletion, use our support form.
- Website data: clear your browser cookies, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked in Section 2.3.
7. Children’s Privacy
ResearchAid is designed for university students, health professionals, and researchers. It is not directed to children under 13, or under 16 in the EU and UK. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the Service or the law changes. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you in the app or on our website before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated policy.
9. Language
This policy is available in Arabic and English. If the two versions conflict, the Arabic version prevails for users in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
